2025 Summer School

Registration for the 2025 Summer School will open in Spring 2025, please check back for updates. There will be two sessions available, please register for only one session (except for volunteers for both sessions). After registration has been opened and there is room, invitations will be extended to those who wish to stay for both sessions.

Lodging

Full service retreat center

We are pleased to partner with Seabeck Conference Center to provide a full service facility that can accommodate 250 guests per session. Lodge details are provided here.

Pines

Built in 2022, Pines has 20 rooms (2-5 person capacity) with private baths. All rooms are accessible, with elevator, laundry, lounge areas, and access to a shared kitchen.

Huckleberry/Salal

Built in 2012. Two 2-story lodges, 8 rooms each with 2 twins and private bath. First floor rooms are handicap accessible. Middle two rooms on each floor have a connecting door, ideal for families. 

Spruce

Built in 1968. Twelve rooms over 2 levels, one room wheelchair accessible with two twins. All other rooms have 3 twin beds and private bath. Meeting room has a wood stove, small refrigerator, and microwave. South end of campus, close to meeting hall.

Inn/Annex

Built in 1869. Inn has 10 double/triple rooms on 2nd floor of main building, above Dining Hall. Two rooms have private bath, others share baths at ends of corridor. Not handicap accessible. Annex has 12 single rooms, shared bath. Single guests should book this (all other rooms are multiple occupancy)

Reeser

Built in 1914. Three-story, 8 rooms for up to 20 people. Rooms are double occupancy (2 Twin or 1 Queen), triple (1 Queen and 1 Twin, or 3 Twin). House has historical charm in every room and the best views of the Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains. South end, across from lagoon. Not accessible.

Madrona/Hemlock

Built in 1856. Two multi-story houses with rooms for 3-5 occupancy (twin/doubles). Madrona has 2 private baths on the first floor, remainder of rooms share baths on 1st floor. Lodges are next to the Inn, not accessible.

Firs

Built in 1928. Single story house with 5 rooms, each with 2 twins and 1 double to house up to 4 guests. Shared bathrooms, accessible with one step at entry. Near swim lagoon and playground.

Tamarack

Built in 1856. Two storey house with 4 rooms, each with twin/double beds for 3-5 guests. Shared baths on first floor. South end of campus, not accessible.

Cedars

Built in 1864. Two storey house with 8 rooms, twin and double beds for 3-5 people per room. North end of campus, farthest from Meeting Hall.

Reduced rate

For those who are in need of financial assistance, there are a limited number of reduced rate accommodations. These will be rooms with shared baths, in Firs, Hemlock, Madrona, Maples, Cedars, or Tamarack. Final room assignment will be provided based on availability.

Commuter (day use)

No lodging, fees for day use, food and overhead only. Suitable for those who live nearby, or have made off-campus arrangements. Scenic Beach State Park is 2 miles away with campsites, but these are quickly filled for sommer.
